C&D Associates Website Design for Precept Partners
C&D Associates makes heaters for small aircraft and are one of the premier manufacturers in the industry. While the look and layout of this site isn't revolutionary, the big challenge was in making the functionality intuitive.

The goal was to enable customers to find the parts or heaters they need, or schedule service for an existing heater, without having to call the office. The problem is that the number of variables involved in determining which heater they need is pretty insane.

So, after developing a colorful, clean look and feel for the site which made use of their existing brand, I had a number of meetings with several members of the C&D staff to try and understand how to best organize the advanced search functions. Eventually, we got it mapped out. Once the designs which approved, Pixlogix and Precept took over and tied in the database.

Once again, I feel like the flexibility of working with a freelancer really helped make this project a success and I'm glad I was able to have a hand in it.
